RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER AND YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2010
Simmer & Jacks operating and financial results for the quarter and year-ended 31 March 2010 will be released on SENS at 08h00 South African time on Tuesday 29 June 2010 and simultaneously on the Companys website, www.simmers.co.za.
Chief executive officer Nico Schoeman will conduct a presentation on the Companys operating and financial performance for the quarter and year-ended 31 March 2010.


Interested parties who are unable to attend can download the presentation off the Simmers website on Tuesday 29 June, from 08h30 onwards and follow the live commentary via conference call - see dial in details below.
