("Northern Tiger" or the "Company") (NTR: TSX-V) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chief Liard McMillan as an Advisor to the Company. Mr.

McMillan is the current elected Chief of the Liard First Nation, based in Watson Lake, Yukon.

As Chief, Mr.

McMillan has been responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Liard First Nation Government since first elected in 2003.

During the course of his tenure Chief McMillan has been successful in implementing capital revenues for many new First Nation projects.

He participated in the creation of the Liard First Nation Economic Development Corporation and is currently active in negotiating an agreement with the Yukon Government with respect to the development, management and control of oil and gas resources in the Southeast Yukon.

Mr.

McMillan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia. "We are very pleased to have Chief McMillan as an Advisor to our Board," says Greg Hayes, President of Northern Tiger Resources.
