(SFMI) OPENS ITS DIAMOND REEK MILL FACILITY Murphy, Idaho- April 19, 2010-At a short ceremony under the Idaho sun, Silver Falcon Mining�s (SFMI:OTCBB) President Mr.

Pierre Quilliam thanked all the contractors and their employees working on site, for their efforts and declared the mill facility opened as of April 19 th 2010 .

The opening was attended by management, local contractors, and other dignitaries.

The Company bought the land, completed numerous site-improvements, built a new road, constructed a new building and purchased machinery including external and internal mill components.

With the mill open, SFMI:BB can now start production of precious metals. A small portion of the historic War Eagle Mountain tailings has been brought to the mill.

There remains hundreds of thousands of tons of tailings left over from the last mining production in 1903 and priced at today�s current market are extremely valuable in ore content ready for extraction.

With the mill being operational, this mineralized ore will produce gold/silver which will be sold at prevailing commodity prices.

This revenue, as such, will be used for operational expansion, intended stock buy-back program and intensive geological drilling atop War Eagle�s existing mineralized zones. Pierre Quilliam, President, stated, �This is a historic day for SFMI and its shareholders.
