(ATV: TSX-V) is pleased to announce the appointment of Leonard Schmidt as the Companys new Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2010.

Mr.

Schmidt is a Certified Management Accountant with extensive experience in the mining industry and financial management.

Mr.

Schmidt has spent over 24 years administrating financial reporting for mid-tier public mining corporations listed on the TSX, TSXV and AMEX.

Most recently he held the position of Financial Manager for Skye Resources Inc.

Prior to joining Skye, Mr.

Schmidt held similar positions with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd.

and Gibraltar Mines Ltd.

During his career Mr.

Schmidt has been involved with mineral production and projects in Guatemala, Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, US and Canada. Mr.
