DECMIL GROUP LIMITED ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 17 February 2010 DECMIL GROUP ANNOUNCES KEY MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS WA-based design, civil engineering and construction company Decmil Group Limited (ASX: DCG) ("DGL") today announced a number of key executive appointments to strengthen the depth of its executive management capability and position the company for future growth. Mr Dickie Dique has been appointed to the position of Decmil Group Limited Chief Operating Officer and Mr Tom Fallon has been appointed as Decmil Australia General Manager.

Both appointments take effective on 20 April 2010. Mr Dique is currently Managing Director of Decmil Australia and has been a key member of the companys executive management team since joining the company in 2004. DGL CEO, Scott Criddle said Mr Dique has provided outstanding leadership of Decmil Australia, DGLs key asset, which contributes about 96 per cent of the Groups total revenue. "He will join the DGL Executive Management Team and contribute to the companys strategic development activities and oversee key operational activities across the Group." Mr Fallon joins Decmil Australia with almost 20 years experience in the engineering and construction industry.

He has held senior positions with a range of public and private companies including: Leed Engineering, Thiess Pty Ltd, Clough Engineering and Macmahon Contractors.

In addition to extensive operational and project experience, Mr Fallon holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Building (Engineering). Mr Criddle said Decmils competitive advantage has been its ability to deliver projects on time and on budget for its growing list of blue chip clients.

A key factor in this success has been the Groups ability to maintain active relationships with its clients at all levels of operation. "As the Company grows, it is necessary to expand our management capacity to continue to achieve this at every level of the company.

I am confident these key appointments will help to ensure DGL has the capacity and capability to deliver sustained growth," Mr Criddle said.
