Roberts will replace Stephen Antony as its representative board member for Energy Fuels. Mr.

Roberts is Chief Operating Officer for Energy Fuels.

He was previously the Executive Vice President - U.S.

Operations for Denison Mines Corp.

Prior to his employment with Denison, Mr.

Roberts was the President of Energy Fuels Nuclear, Inc.

Throughout his career Mr. Roberts has held various positions related to operations oversight, project development, and permitting of mining operations.

Mr.
