Jon A.
Nourse from the Board of
Directors effective April 1, 2014.
"Jon was instrumental in all of our
exploration programs of Colibri claim sites in Sonora, Mexico,"

"We wish him well in
his continued role as Chairman, Department of Geological Sciences,
California State Polytechnic University where he focuses time on
building their new graduate program."
