TRITON MINERALS LTD. [ASX:TON] - BALAMA NORTH PROJECT UPDATE

Fortbridge Media Release

Triton Minerals Ltd. [ASX:TON] - Balama North Project Update

Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON, Triton, the Company) is pleased to provide an update of the additional graphite mineralisation potential for the Nicanda Hill, Charmers and Black Hill prospects at the Balama North project.

Triton estimates a combined exploration target range of approximately 730Mt to 1,200Mt for the three prospect areas, based on the known extents of the graphitic schist and a conservative assumed average grade range of 5 % to 6 % graphitic carbon (with no lower cut-off grade). On this basis, it is estimated that:

 The Nicanda Hill prospect could potentially host between 480Mt and 800Mt of graphite carbon mineralisation;
 The Charmers prospect is estimated to potentially host between 130Mt and 220Mt graphite carbon mineralisation; and
 The Black Hills prospect is estimated to potentially host between 120Mt and 200Mt of graphite carbon mineralisation.

The Exploration Targets are conceptual in nature and should not be construed as a Mineral Resource that may or may not be defined as a result of further drilling and sampling.

Following up from the recent announcement of the of 103Mt Inferred Mineral Resource graphite deposit at Cobra Plains, the Company is now pleased to show the combined exploration potential of the Nicanda Hill, Charmers and Black Hill prospects, which if Triton has further exploration success could potentially make the Balama North project one of the largest graphite projects in world, Triton Managing Director Brad Boyle said.
