Uranex Limited [ASX:UNX] - Quarterly Report for the Period Ended 30 June 2013

Highlights

� Outcrop sampling confirms the potential for a significant graphite deposit at the Nachu tenement in SE Tanzania
� Potential strike length up to 19km
� Extensive intersections of graphite discovered in the first trench at Nachu with medium to coarse flake observed.
� 701m of graphitic schists discovered from 930m completed in trench T1
� $1.707 million, before costs, raised through the issue of Uranex options during the quarter with another $0.29 million expected in July 2013.

Uranex Limited (ASX: UNX) (�Uranex� or the �Company�) hereby releases its Quarterly Report for the period ended 30 June 2013.

The exploration programme for this year ramped up significantly during the quarter once the access to tenements became easier following the wet season. The main focus for the quarter has been the commencement of the trenching programme at the 100% owned Nachu graphite tenement in south-east Tanzania.

Mr. Johan Erasmus, Badger Mining and Consulting, Johannesburg, joined the team as a contract exploration manager on a part time basis. Johan has significant field exploration experience so will assist the Tanzanian team and also act as the competent person for ASX announcement purposes. Badger Mining and Consulting also has other Associates, previously used by Uranex, who have significant graphite experience who can be used when needed.

While the initial focus has been to progress Nachu, it is expected that further exploration will be commenced on other tenements where some gold, base metal and coal anomalies were discovered in the regional exploration programme in 2012.
