Triton Gold [ASX: TON] - Triton expands graphite project

Triton Gold Limited (ASX: TON) has announced the acquisition of an additional two exploration license applications, to bolster the large position already held by the Company in Mozambique�s prolific Graphite region of the Cabo Delgado Province.

The new license applications substantially expand the land holding of 920 square kilometres held by the Company.

These license applications were made specifically targeting the anomalies previously identified by the Company when analysing Aeromagnetic and Radiometric data for the region.

The two new license applications will be incorporated into the existing joint venture between Trion and Grafex and acquisition consideration for these licenses includes cash up to $265,000 and four million shares and four million options, being conditional on meeting certain hurdles or deliverables, as outlined on page 4 below.
