Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. [TSXV-PAW] - Pacific Wildcat Resources announces extension to final closing date

Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. (TSXV-PAW) President & CEO, Darren Townsend yesterday announced the execution of an amendment agreement to extend the closing dater for the completion of its acquisition of a 70% indirect ownership in private Kenyan company, Cortec Mining Kenya.

Mr. Townsend commented, "We continue to work together co-operatively and positively with the vendors to proceed to complete the closing conditions for the acquisition."
