QMASTOR Limited [ASX: QML] - Appointment of Directors

QMASTOR Limited (QML) announces the appointment of Peter Armstong, Kenneth Chukwu and Vincent Fayad to the QML Board as nominees of Triple Point (Australia) Pty Ltd (Triple Point).

This follows yesterday�s announcement by Triple Point that its takeover offer for QML is now unconditional, it having acquired a relevant interest in over 75% of the issued shares in QML.
