CENTIUS GOLD [ASX: CNS] - A NEW TENEMENT TO EXTEND THE COVERAGE OF BOBO

Fortbridge Media Release

Centius Gold [ASX: CNS] - A new tenement to extend the coverage of Bobo

Centius Gold Limited (ASX: CNS) has applied for a new exploration tenement, to be called Cascade, which will extend the coverage to the west and south of the Bobo Gold Project. The purpose of Cascade (ELA 4388) is to ensure any strike extensions to lodes identified at Bobo (EL7462) are covered by ground held by Centius Gold.

The detailed aeromagnetic survey of the Bobo tenement west of Coffs Harbour mapped a series of west north-west striking magnetic linear anomalies linking the Bobo and Grace mineralisation to the Black Bull and Grahams mineralisation. The detailed magnetic data showed the formations were 3000 m wide and 6000 m long, possibly extending to the west outside the Bobo EL7462. The magnetic coverage also mapped a more magnetic formation to the south, which can be traced to the east to the Mt Browne gold-copper deposit. In the Mt Browne area these magnetic anomaly are mineralized magnetite quartzites, and have associated base metals.

Centius Gold will extend the geological mapping program of the Bobo tenement to include the additional Cascade blocks. The geological mapping program has identified a number of previously unreported quartz reefs in the Bobo to Black Bull part of the tenement. Drilling targets associated with old workings have been identified and with the new magnetic data we are able to confidently trace these target horizons over much greater distances.
