Annual Report 2010

This is the statutory document and includes: Directors Report; Remuneration Report; Corporate Governance Statement; Financial Report; Ore Reserves and Mineral Resources Report; and Sustainability section.

Iluka Review 2010

This is a more narrative based description of the company and hopefully a useful reference document.

It includes: 
Chairman’s and Managing Directors Review; Production and Sales; Summary Reserves and Resources Report (which shows that ore reserves, while 1.09 million tonnes lower in 2010 than 2009, reduced less than depletions at 3.18 million tonnes, while resources increased by 3.44 million tonnes); Operations; Exploration; Product and Technical Development; Sales and Marketing and Mineral Sands Market Conditions etc.

Notice of Meeting for the AGM 

The AGM will be held in Melbourne on 25 May 2011 at 9.30am EST at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
