Renewal of Social Fuel Seal

São Paulo, December 21, 2010 - BRASIL ECODIESEL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE BIOCOMBUSTÍVEIS E ÓLEOS VEGETAIS S.A., ("Company), a publicly-held company headquartered at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1.461, Bloco II, 4º andar, Torre Sul, Pinheiros, CEP 01452-921, in the city and state of São Paulo, whose shares are listed in the Novo Mercado trading segment of the Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA) under the ticker ECOD3, pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6404/76 and CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the biodiesel production units located in Porto Nacional, in the state of Tocantins,  and Rosário do Sul, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, were audited by the Ministry of Agrarian Development (MDA), in relation to 2008 and 2009, and their Social Fuel Seals were renewed.

These units will continue to participate in the biodiesel auction for companies with or without the Social Fuel Seal.
