Tangibal Media signs landmark contract with software provider Interactive Factory London, 16 November 2010, Tangibal Group Plc (“TFGA”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Tangibal Media Ltd has signed a contract with Interactive Factory Srl of Italy (“iF”) for the supply and development of interactive software.

This includes gesture based interactive floors and walls as well as further development of Tangibal’s audience-based Cinema game technology.

The agreement provides Tangibal with global exclusivity in its core market of cinemas and provides Tangibal with a perpetual royalty-free software licence for an unlimited number of sites.

This significantly reduces Tangibal’s installation cost , allowing the Company to roll out new networks faster, and improves profitability through the absence of any recurring software fees.

In return for these rights Tangibal Media has issued 20% of its shares to Interactive Factory making its core supplier an integral part of the business.

The directors of Tangibal believe that this provides a solid platform to ensure the continued quality of support and development in its media networks. The directors estimate that over the planned installation of 300 interactive floor systems and 150 in-cinema systems worldwide, the value of licence payments that will be saved will be approximately € 2,550,000.

In addition to this, the Company would have the rights to deploy in Cinemas any new types of interactive media systems developed by iF. The Company’s management team is looking forward to develop further this exciting market with Interactive Factory and being able to deploy new networks even faster.
