• Current acreage position is 300k
• Currently drilling third well of eight-well 2010 vertical program
• First and second wells logged and cored

o   These wells are approx 12 miles apart from the three wells drilled last year and 12 miles from any other wells drilled in the area by others

o   Confirms oil saturation in all four zones (Banff; Bakken; Lodgepole and Nisku)

o   System has lots of oil in place

o   Banff and Bakken formation is thicker in these two wells than the three wells drilled in 2009

o   Pressures are fairly consistent

• Rig to remain in field through winter to complete drilling
• Stimulation and well testing to begin in spring to help evaluate horizontal drilling play on all eight vertical wells
• Remain committed to disciplined approach in fully evaluating potential
• Acreage in the area is currently leasing for anywhere between US$1000-$1800 per acre
• No further leasing at this time due to high lease prices
