Ansell Capital Corp. ("Ansell") is pleased to present a summary of the drill results from the fourteen drill holes completed by Guinness on the Charlotte Project, located near Mt. Nansen in the prolific Tintina gold belt, Yukon Territory, Canada. These results were previously reported in detail by Ansell on October 18, 2010 and November 3, 2010. Drilling to date has indicated the presence of significant gold and silver mineralization, over considerable widths, and over at least 450 m of strike length, which is open both along strike and down dip.

The previous releases referred to gold and silver grades using both parts per million (ppm) and grams per tonne (g/t). While these values are numerically identical, we recognize that this may have caused some confusion. Therefore the results are summarized here in grams per tonne.

Results from these fourteen holes are tabulated below.

A detailed description of the drill program and of the geology of the Flex Zone is contained in Ansells October 18, 2010 and November 3, 2010 releases.

Chris M. Healey. P. Geo, a Director of Ansell, is the Qualified Person responsible for the technical information in this release. Mr. Healey commented, "We are continuing to see very encouraging and consistent results from the drilling. With these drill holes it is clear that the Flex Zone is open both along strike and at depth. In addition, the grade profile in each hole as quite consistent, with little evidence of a significant nugget effect."

The Flex Zone occurs as several sub-parallel anastamosing quartz-sulfide vein systems. Veins host strong gold and silver mineralization associated primarily with pyrite and lesser arsenopyrite, stibnite, galena and sphalerite. Veins often exhibit propylitic, phyllitic, argillic and silicic alteration in broad alteration envelopes.

The Flex Zone is hosted in an assemblage of metamorphic rocks comprised dominantly of quartz-feldspar chlorite gneiss which grades locally into quartzite. Dark green amphbolite gneiss, comprised of equal parts plagioclase and actinolite, is commonly intercalated with the quartz-feldspar gneiss. These older rocks are cut by narrow quartz-feldspar dykes and sills. The north end of the Flex Zone, in the vicinity of 10-240 and 241, is underlain by a quartz-feldspar porphyry stock at depth.

On October 12, 2010, Ansell Capital Corp. entered into a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with Eagle Trail and Guinness, wherein Ansell was provided the right to acquire up to an 85% undivided interest in the Charlotte project in staged increments. (See Ansell release dated October 14, 2010 for further details.) The Charlotte Project is situated in the prolific Tintina Gold Belt, a 1,200 km long area extending from northern British Columbia, through the Yukon Territory and into southwest Alaska. The Tintina Gold Belt includes such world-class, multi-million ounce gold deposits as Pogo, Fort Knox, True North, and Donlin Creek. The 128 claims in the Charlotte Project comprise a total area of 2,336.14 hectares and are located in the South Central part of the Yukon, 180 km Northwest of Whitehorse and 60 km west of the Village of Carmacks.
